We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase.
Change of Mind
As a small artisan brand, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. We kindly encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damages or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To make it right, we will either replace the defective or damaged product if stock is available or provide you with a full refund.
Please contact us at hello@byrosy.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product.
Return Process
To start a return, we request that you contact us at hello@byrosy.co.nz within 7 days of receipt.
Please include: your name, order number, product issue, and a photo of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product (if applicable).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
