Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand. 
International shipping will be available soon-stay tuned.

Processing Time

All orders are packed with care and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time & Rates

Urban addresses: 1-3 business days
Rural addresses: 3-5 business days
Flat Rate: $7 NZD for all domestic deliveries

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or promotional periods.

Sustainable Packaging

We use minimal, recyclable, and biodegradable packaging-no plastic fillers. We believe calm should extend from scent to footprint.

Missing or Delayed Orders
